Sugarcreek Rotary News
Good Afternoon Rotary Members,
Welcome back to Rotary. This week has been the first full week of work for most everyone since the holiday break. I am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things for our weekly club meetings.
First of all, need to make an announcement that our guest speaker that was scheduled for next week, Tuesday, January 12th had to reschedule to January 26th. So, for next week, we will not have a program. Possibly this could be used for catch up on any open items. If a Rotarian wouldn't mind trying to get a guest speaker for next week, please let me know as soon as possible.

Mike Warkall and family were in attendance and filled a table up quite nicely.
Luke is a talented young man and a great public speaker. We wish the best for Luke as he graduates high school and goes onto college. We look forward to having Luke come back and visit us and entertain us with his musical talents.
We will have our annual "Leadership Series" in March. We are working on guest speakers. Below is a schedule for the speakers who have made commitment to speak.
The upcoming schedule can be located on our website here: www.sugarcreekrotary.org.
Here is a quick recap:
Tuesday, January 12th - OPEN
Tuesday, January 19th - Justin Wallace, The Importance of Being Properly Insured
Tuesday, January 26th - David Horning, Talent Presentation
David's bio is: Originally from Akron, Ohio, in 2012, David Horning moved to New York City to study sketch comedy writing and improvisation. He wrote and produced "Too Late to Colonize" which was featured on the home page of humor website Funny or Die, created "Laundry Day," a sketch comedy show featured at Carolines on Broadway in Times Square, and was selected as part of the 2014 New York Comedy Festival. Inspired by the power of laughter, David now uses a blend of sketch comedy and motivational speaking to entertain, educate, and inspire so that others may use the power of perspective to grow personally and professionally.
